These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Portal Customs website (portalcustoms.store) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. 1. Orders and Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major debit and credit cards.

3. Products and Descriptions

We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings. All products are manufactured in Plymouth, UK using high-quality vinyl and print materials. Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use as TCG accessories.

All Portal Customs designs are original artwork, created by hand by our own team. We do not use AI-generated content — every design is our own original interpretation, inspired by the trading card games our customers love.

4. Intellectual Property & Independence

All content on the Portal Customs website — including product designs, photography, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of Poképortal Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Portal Customs is an independent brand. Our products are accessories and storage solutions designed for use with trading card games, featuring our own original designs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by any trading card game, publisher, manufacturer, or brand. All set, character, and game names are used descriptively only, to indicate compatibility.

Pokémon, its characters, and associated trademarks are the property of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. All other trading card games and their trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poképortal Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
