All Portal Customs products are designed, printed, and dispatched from Plymouth, UK by our team at Poképortal Ltd.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

UK Delivery

Free standard UK delivery on all orders over £150.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and courier partners. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service. Please note:

• International deliveries may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
• Delivery times vary significantly by country — typically 5–14 working days for Europe, 7–21 working days for the rest of the world
• We recommend selecting a tracked service for international orders

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number (where applicable). You can use this to track your order directly with Royal Mail or the relevant courier. If you haven't received a dispatch notification within 3 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at customs@portaltcg.co.uk with your order number. Royal Mail considers a UK parcel lost after 10 working days. We will investigate and resolve any missing order issues as quickly as possible.
